I. ABOUT US

From where do you operate?
  • We have our private showroom we call "The Bunker" located at Forbeswood Heights, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines. We also operate online via our website, Instagram and Facebook pages.

 

II. RETURNS

Since most of your items are pre-loved and second hand, do you accept returns/exchanges (i.e., a replacement/repair for a minor fault or refund for a major fault)?
  • Understanding that second hand pieces have already been used, we are specific and selective on the pieces we carry. We do not acquire pieces with heavy damages like cracked leather, broken piping, and torn base material.
  • On the other hand, we purchase pieces that have 'vintage' marks making them a vintage piece. Which includes: a patination on the leather, hairline scratches, and slightly tarnished hardware – all of which can be refurbished and restored by hand.

 

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

  • We do not accept returns for a change of mind. You are allowed a maximum of 7 days from the delivered date to return the piece only if there has been a heavy damage on the bag prior to purchase. 

 

III. SHIPPING

To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

  • We ship our products nationwide. We use same-day courier services such as Mr. Speedy/Lalamove/Grab Express. For provincial deliveries we use LBC/JRS.
  • It takes the team 24 hours to process your order, and 1-3 working days to dispatch fully paid pieces. 

 

Where are your items shipped from?

  • Items are shipped from our private showroom: 'The Bunker' located at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.

 

Do you ship packages internationally?

  • Yes. We do ship internationally using couriers such as FedEx or DHL. Customer covers the shipping fee. 

 

IV. PAYMENT METHODS 

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We do accept credit card payments, including Paypal, bank deposits and online fund transfers to BDO, BPI and GCash via PayMongo. 

If you accept bank transfer, how long do customers have to make the payment before their order is cancelled and items returned to stock?

  • Customers have six (6) hours to complete their payment before an item is returned back to stock.
